The house is located 10 minutes from WSUV and Clark College and is 3 minute to I-5.
The room is 13.5 x 9.5 ft and has its own closet. There is a shared shower but the bathroom is yours.
The floors are real hardwood, there is a working wood burning fireplace and a massive backyard that you are welcome to garden/sun bathe/read etc. in.
I work from home and am looking for a quiet, respectful roomate. No drugs or nicotine products. This a LGBTQIA2S+ Safe Space. I unfortunately have family members allergic to cats so I can't have them in the home 😞.
