Looking for roommate for 2nd Bed

This is a 2 bed apartment ground level. Complex provides free parking, pool, hot tub, 24/7 gym, club house, gated community, ADA, all electric, located right next to grocery store. Spacious room includes walk-in closet. Apartment is newly built with stainless steel appliances, back patio, central A/C, electric fireplace, in unit laundry, wifi, trash valet, and private quiet area.

Gwen and Damien will be the residents of this unit as of end of Aug, as our 3rd roommate is moving away at that time. We are a couple in our early 20s working full time but we like to go out most weekends into the town. We enjoy the occasional get together with friends/family but in balance with some quiet alone time. We have 2 cats both which are neutered and spayed cuz we are animal lovers. We value heavily open communication and honesty, and though we are looking for a roommate, we would prefer someone open to making a couple new friends.
