I am the owner of the house, living on an 1800 sqft home's ground floor renting out the unfurnished 2 of 3 bedrooms second floor that comes with a shared bathroom.
Common areas are furnished.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, and respectful to join us.

A little bit about me:
I am an East Asian ethnic female in my late 30s, have a master's degree, run my own business, and work from home on the first floor most days. I am the owner of this place.
Another roommate occupies a small room upstairs and a bathroom will be shared with him.
He is a very quiet 21-year-old East Asian student.

There are a total of three rooms upstairs and I am renting out these two in the photos, the description will be accordingly, we will be renting one or both of the blue and grey rooms:
Blue room - The largest room, dresser and nightstand available, but has laundry for upstairs rooms so will need access to this unit regularly
Grey room - Will not be furnished and plenty of walk-in closet space

Either one would be $1250

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are to be shared

Street parking available to be parked freely throughout the block
A garage is available to store any bikes and belongings for no additional cost

We are located very conveniently from 85th NW St and 15th Ave NW corner which has many retail shops including Safeway, Domino's, a new Metropolitan Market, Walgreens
