I am a professional woman looking for a mature, professional and quiet woman to rent the big basement room.

This is 2 bedroom house with a carpeted room with its own entrance and bathroom available starting in June.

The room is carpeted and unfinished.
The neighborhood is between Ballard and Greenlake. Really nice, quiet neighborhood.

There is laundry on site and is shared.

The kitchen will be a shared space. The living room is off limits however.

Things that are prohibited:
1. Drug use (no smoking of any kind either)
2. No pets
3. No mask wearing in the house
4. No children
5. No drama
