Looking for female roommate to fill out 5b3b

Hi! My name is Morgan, I am currently living in a 5b3b house with my golden retriever Noodles. My old roommate is moving out and I currently have another friend moving in, but looking for a 3rd housemate! Rent ~$1,500 and can share bathroom or have private bathroom downstairs (has laundry machines in it). We are located 10min from downtown Bellevue in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We have a full kitchen and 2 living spaces as well as a backyard with a porch. Both living spaces, kitchen, and patio are furnished already. Parking is free and we have a space in the garage or on the street (very safe!)
