Furnished room in Newport Hills Bellevue $850/mo

My current female roommate is moving out at end of June she is 21 and is the best roomie ever but she has found love in Nebraska! So I am starting to look for a replacement roomie now! Furnished bedroom comfy expensive bed 4 k WIFI 50" Samsung in room 65" Sony in living room only 1 bathroom but its always clean and a nice jacuzzi outside back door, room has cold AC in window Females preferred I dont like living with men in my home had 3 bad males in a row! I just have always lived with women and prefer this! No hard drugs like cocaine meth crack pill smokers but you can drink or smoke pot if you want! Home is in South Bellevue Newport Hills and is a crime free area! I have a small dog here that will be happy to see you everyday If you have a dog thats cool it just has to be vaxed and fixed and sweet natured. There is a huge fenced backyard with a dog door to house all dogs love it here! Todd
