Master Bedroom w/ Private Bath Available

Hello!

Looking for a female/non-binary identifying individual to join these two crafting geeks in mischief and mayhem (from the comfort of the couch) in Bothell, WA. Did you love the 90’s? Then this house is for you – now with original greenish-blueish countertops! The master bedroom in a 2000 sq ft (slightly dated) home is available beginning September 1st, 2024. Rent is expected to be $1650 for the new 10-month lease (September 2024-June 2025). Security Deposit is TBD.

Room: You can expect a spacious 400 square foot master bedroom with a bay window view of the backyard and a private bathroom with a standing shower, full tub, jack and jill sinks, and a walk-in closet.

Amenities: Washer/dryer room. Shared storage in garage and storage room. Shared walk-in pantry. Large front and backyard. Driveway and street parking.

Nearby: We are within walking distance of public transportation. 5 – 10 minutes away from two freeways and one highway. 10 - 15 minutes away from two downtown locations, including grocery stores, restaurants, Costco, hardware stores, gyms, Target, wineries, distilleries, and entertainment venues.

Utilities: We split utilities evenly. They are not included in the rent. Utilities include: internet, water/sewage, electricity, and waste management.

About us: We enjoy crafting, watching random movies, videogames, and music – listening to and making! Although introverts, we enjoy socializing and meeting new people, but tend to be laidback. We are looking for somebody who is:

· Respectful and tidy

· Clear communication skills

· Excellent credit score – per lease requirements

· LGBTQ+ Friendly

· Non-smoking/vaping (hard rule per lease)

· No new pets (at lease max with 3 cats you are more than welcome to smother with love)

· Female or non-binary identifying only

· Partying: no, but open to social events provided scope agreed upon with prior notice

· Cleanliness level: moderate to high and we split household and yard maintenance

We are planning to do a couple coffee and/or walk meet-ups to talk about specifics, landlord requirements, and allow you to get to know us before meeting the house.
