Furnished bedroom with private bathroom

Furnished room for rent in our 3 bedroom house on 18th between Pike & Union. The room has its own attached bathroom. Rent includes all utilities including fast internet and twice monthly cleaning. Washer and dryer onsite.

We are looking for someone who is a cat lover and would be willing to watch our 3 very friendly cats if we are out of town. No other pets allowed.

House is close to a few different bus lines, Trader Joe?s and Seattle University.

No smoking inside or outside the house.

We like to travel and in the summertime are gone a lot. We are very friendly and accepting of all people regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, etc.

We will need to meet you to determine if it will be a good fit. If you are in Seattle this can be done in person or through video chat if you aren't in Seattle.
