Looking for roommate in Cap Hill

My roommate just moved to a new place, so now I have a room available for rent. The community is loaded with amenities, a great value, and centrally located. The apartment is five minutes from downtown, the University of Washington, steps from major bus lines, and has easy access to I-90 and the 520. Also, there is a shuttle right outside the apartment that goes directly to the Microsoft campus (before covid).

The apartment is just under 1000 square feet, has a washer and dryer unit, a large kitchen with massive countertops and a quick heating stove.

About the room: It is 130 square feet, has a lot of light, closet and a private bathroom. The rent is 1235 per month plus services.

More about the community: The apartment complex is called Summit At Madison and is located right above Safeway for quick and easy shopping. The gym is great, the balconies are spacious, and there is a large private outdoor area for dogs and barbecue.

About me: I am a software engineer who loves hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, snowboarding, reading, and traveling. I have lived in this apartment for about 8 years. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and a like-minded professional.
