Single Room in 2 bed house in Kent

I am a disabled senior almost 70 I still do a lot of things on my own yardwork housekeeping socializing but I tend to need help doing some things I will be the only living person here other than my renter you have a private room and bath are welcome to use the front room kitchen and recreation facilities I have a beautiful tropical backyard with a hot tub and I live on Lake Meridian so there’s boating skiing whatever it is you enjoy doing on the first one on the lake. You must have a clean criminal history check as I live in a senior mobile home park and they require that I am looking for somebody who might be interested in doing some caregiving in the future when I need it and take it off your rent. We can share cooking facilities shopping eating together or do it separately which ever you prefer. But must clean up after yourself regularly parking laundry all available on site. Children and family are always welcome to visit with prior notice. I prefer a Christian light drinking is permitted no smoking swearing must be an honest well respected person with references. I have one very well behaved Shih Tzu puppy named Sophie she is the light of my life and my first dog ever I think that is enough for this house so no pets added. Goldfish are fine my entire theme is the beach house shells fish anything nautical or tropical. Require a low stress environment no yelling or screaming.
