• About 30 yrs old, with recent remodeling to update
• Home is fully furnished and available to the renter for use at any time
• TV – Large smart tv in the living room, with two gaming systems (Switch & xBox) and Netflix, Amazon and Hulu streaming
• Kitchen – one fridge shelf, space in the freezer and two cupboard shelves will be made available
