This is a medium sized bedroom with a spacious walk in closet. The bathroom is shared with 2 other people renting adjacent bedrooms. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, currently it has a queen bed, night stands, dresser, and a writer's desk. It has a large window / sliding door for a lovely garden view and patio access. Looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful of others and the property. My mother is retired and lives on the property in a separate apartment, so you will see her from time to time as she takes care of things in the house while I'm away.
