Rent and utilities include:

* Unlimited High-Speed Internet

* Parking (Street => free, Garage => $10 a week)

* Electricity

We receive $20 a week for utilities, but if your share is less, we will pay you back.

About you:

* Clean
* Quiet
* Easy going
* Positive
* Know what goes into the recycling and garbage
* Try to minimize your utility charge
* Don't cook a lot (or will clean the kitchen thoroughly when you are done)
* Non-smoker

The first week's rent and a $400 refundable deposit are required for the key.

We have rooms available in other cities as well. Even if this doesn't work, we might have something for you! Please contact us and say hi. We don't usually bite.
