Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. I will be moving mid-July (potentially flexible). I love the space and location but me and my pets aren’t compatible with the roommates.
Your private space would be a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level. There is a small shared living space and access to a small yard/patio. The second level has a shared living room, kitchen, and half bath. The third level has the laundry and roommates.
Your roommates would be a young couple with a 1 year old. They are friendly but don’t want cigarette smokers or pet owners.
Utilities come to about 110 a month but can fluctuate with usage. Some utilities are paid every other month.
Also sorry about the quality of photos, they’re screenshots from a video I took of the space. Hope you enjoy the dog feature!
