Manageable walk to all conveniences: 1 block to Greenwood library, 3 blocks to post office, easy access to the many wonderful restaurants and shops on Greenwood Ave. Less than 10 minute walk to several grocery stores (Fred Myer, PCC).
10 -- 15 minute walk to Greenlake
