Upon move-in or want to hold the room for move-in after July 1, 2024, first and last month’s rent in the amount of $3,400 (add $1800 for additional occupant in same bedroom), and $250 refundable cleaning deposit, totaling $3,650 will be due ($5450 for two people).

Also required prior to move-in, proof of Washington State required vaccinations and Proof of renter’s insurance.

Certified Service Animal with documentation is permitted. I have two small dogs who live in my bedroom.
