Looking For a Roommate In Kent, WA

The reason being that my current roommates want to move out before the lease is done to save on money so we are looking for someone to take their place on the lease. The apartment is 980 sq. Ft. and is a 2 bed 2 bath. We each would have our own bathroom and we would have the living room and kitchen as common area. Washer and dryer are in-unit which is a nice amenity. They also have a gym and pool attached to the main office. I believe they also have carport parking for a fee but also free parking anywhere not marked. Parking is kinda hard to find sometimes. We have a good view of a duck pond out on the patio and it is a 1st floor unit so no stairs except for the stoop. Pets are allowed but cost a pet rental fee and separate deposit.

Rent is usually $850 from each of us plus utility fees. (water, sewage and trash)
plus I would like to split internet and electricity.

My name is Joseph Silveira. I joined the army out of high school. I got out after 4 years. I earned a bachelors in Media Arts and Animation thanks to the GI Bill. I worked many warehouse jobs. Still looking for a career that reflects my degree. I have a cat. she's old and isn't too active. One bad habit that stayed with me from the army was that I still smoke cigarettes. I apologize but I try to be a considerate smoker. I dispose of my butts and I usually try to let myself air out before returning inside. Other than that I believe in splitting the rent, utilities and chores around the apartment. Please call me out on my bullshit because sometimes I don't realize how lazy I get with chores. I want to be as considerate as possible. I enjoy video games and anime but am willing to try out other hobbies or interests.
