Be my roommate

I'm renting out a room in my 4 bedroom cookie cutter house because I work in IT heathcare, and going to college so I'm always busy. That being said if you need me day or night text me. I'm also very clean and requested that in the common areas most of the time, very understandable about just having a lazy night and doing clean up the next morning.

I have 1 room to rent in my home located in Kent / Renton / Covington / Issaquah / Black Diamond area. Close train ride or drive to Seattle. It's a quiet area, close to the lake to go kayaking 🏄 or near ski mountain. We have local shops nearby, winery close, gyms are everywhere but I enjoy running outside on the trails, Costco I can take you with me.

(The room is lightly furnished if it helps...I have a few items if needed. Bed, chair, lamp if needed You would need to buy sheets.)
-----Rent includes utilities (heat, internet, water, trash).

We have netflix and regular wifi. We like to kayak and a bike in the summer. I don't hang out a lot unless you text me plans for pizza or Starbucks.

My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, huge open area, growing a tiny garden, kitchen and bathroom.

Ideally, must be a clean person. Everyone should be
nice, independent, clean, trustworthy, enjoy the space, and respectful of other. Co-ed house with awesome people age ranges from 19-36age...open to other age.

$50, deposit required with refund possibly after move out, steam cleaning by service is required, 30 day notice to move out.

🐸No smoke, no vape, no marijuana, no drugs, no pets, no couples...guests can visit, but must have there own place they live. Ideal person has a job that allows you to buy your own food/items you might enjoy. 🏠Able to pitch in for TP or soaps every few months for the shared space. 🙂
