HUGE Master Suite in one-of-a-kind lakeview house!

$2000 for a box!? No thanks. Instead, I chose to look for a house to split with my two friends who were coming out here from Colorado. I found an awesome house for the three of us in Leschi but unfortunately, their situation changed and they're going to stay in Colorado. So now I have a house and no roommates... that's where you come in! The master suite is available, which has a private bathroom and private balcony with expansive views of Lake Washington and the Cascades beyond. The shared space includes a large kitchen, two living rooms, dining room, two huge balconies, laundry room, two-car garage, and office/guest room (which could be rented to a third roommate if we need to)... >2800 sqft. in total. I'd like to split the rent 50/50 if possible with a couple or an individual, in the master suite, but I'm also willing to rent the additional room and come up with an equitable way to split the $3495 monthy rent - it really is an awesome house with a super cool roommate ;-) and it's still cheaper than most "luxury" one-bedroom boxes in this city! Also keep in mind that all utilities are included in that price and did I mention the place is fully furnished? Projector? check. Couch? check. Beds? check. Dining table? Comfy chairs? Piano? check, check, and check. As for me, I work in Bellevue as a designer for a software company (no, not THAT one) and enjoy social dancing, playing music, and watching hockey games in my free time. I'd love to find a roommate/s that share some of my interests and wouldn't mind sharing some meals occasionally or going out to a show together. here or there.
