Furnished bedroom/private bath

Looking for a responsible female to rent a furnished bedroom with private bath on the top floor of my lovely Magnolia home.

One block from 2 bus lines, 3 blocks to Discovery Park, 2 miles to SPU, 5 miles to downtown or UW. You’ll have access to all communal living spaces, including living room, kitchen, laundry room and outside deck (there's also a deck off your bedroom). Parking space in driveway. The bedroom is currently furnished, but can be cleared if you have your own furniture. Please be neat and respectful!!

A little about me: I'm a semi-retired woman and work part-time in the wine industry as my “encore career.” I have one short-hair cat, many friends, and have resumed entertaining since we’re seeing the other side of the pandemic. That said, my home will provide you with a clean, quiet place to both work and relax! My house sits on a ravine so it feels like you’re living in a treehouse.

Rent includes utilities. First and last month rent requested, plus $500 security deposit. Available June 1.
