Hello, this is a single (1) room of the three (3) bedroom townhouse in the Maple Leaf neighborhood, north of UW campus. North UW campus is accessible on Bus 67 in about 20 minutes, with a bus stop 1 minute away from the townhouse. Roosevelt Lightrail Station and Northgate Lightrail Station are both access able on Bus 67 within 10 minutes. Daily safe street parking is also available outside the townhouse. Within close walking distance is the Roosevelt public park and multiple restaurants as well.

The room is ~9.5'x~8.5' and has an attached closet, openable sliding glass door, and heated floors. The room will be empty and cleared.

The room sits on the first floor of the townhouse with a private bathroom and full washer/dryer. The townhouse offers a shared/public second floor with a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freeze, along with additional cabinet, pantry space, and living room area.

Currently, there are 2 individuals living on the third floor, 1 working and 1 student, male and female early 20's.
