Furnished room in Newport Hills Bellevue $850/mo

Nice furnished room in South Bellevue Lots of parking fast wifi and room has a samsung 50" 4k tv $1600 bed and dressers and a decent closet. I have a small dog here and your dog is welcome as long as they meet off property first! Not too keen on cats unless you have an advanced litter box of some kind! Pets must be fixed or altered! I am 420 friendly and Alcohol is ok too but nothing else like small white chunks smoked in glass pipes! I had 2 girls move in with that and it was a nightmare!
anyway I am easy to get along with and will leave you alone as long as you clean up anything you used, Kitchen Bath which is shared bath and I bleach and was all often! I have an amazing Jacuzzi right outside back door! Id prefer no overnight guests until I know you better as a tenant! No jealous Boyfriends! been there done that!
