Move in requirements: credit check screened prior (630+ score is okay, 700+ very good, 800s excellent). Dogs, bunnies, any other mammals are not allowed.

First month rent + deposit (one months rent) + credit check ($30) + cleaning fee ($400) all need to be paid in either cash or money order (USPS is cheapest for you or a bank's certified check). Financing for moving in is possible only if you have a high credit score but it will cost more than paying everything upfront.
