Seeking 4th Roommate in beautiful 6 Bd 4 Bath Home

We are seeking a 4th and final roommate in our beautiful 6 bedroom 4 bathroom Renton Highlands (Border of Newcastle) home.

• Bedroom 4 (First level): $800 monthly

We are three super friendly roommates (2 being brother and sister) who are looking to add another roommate to share our home with. We treat each other like family and are very easygoing and respectful. Available room is on the first floor, and our rooms that we currently occupy are all upstairs. The room has its own lock and key, and you would have your own private bathroom downstairs as well as a walk in closet. Rent would be $800 a month. Water and Sewer is usually no more than $25 a month when split between four, Electricity no more than $30, and garbage fee is included in rent price. Common areas include two living room spaces, the kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and the backyard. We are pet friendly and open to smoking, however we ask that tobacco and Marijuana that is not via vapor device is smoked outside. We ask that our prospective roommate is good at cleaning up after themselves in the common areas (Private areas being messy are okay with us, it’s your space to keep how you’d like!), we don’t have set rules for roommates other than to be respectful of one another. We like to share dinners occasionally, have movie nights, and bond with one another, and you are more than welcome to join in on nights we spend all together if you would like!
