Hello! I am Andrew, the owner of this beautiful and cozy house. I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate to fill in one of my rooms. It will be a flat 1000 a month and all utilities will be included with unlimited 1000mbps internet! I currently have another person living in the same home and we are very clean, quiet, friendly, and professional. I currently have one small mini Aussiepoodle dog who takes care of everyone. I work in IT, originally from Japan, and I love to cook and play video games and watch movies. The house is very close to the 405 freeway, Ikea, Hospital, Uwajimaya, and is also literally in front of a park and middle school as it is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
