Room in House, Renton

Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to join the house we are renting in Renton.
The rent will be $800/month (give or take $15, still waiting on rent increase info from landlord) plus utilities.
Room is roughly 11' x 11' (not exact). We do not have a photo of the room as current roommate has not fully moved out yet, but will have a photo available soon.

In the house is me, Autumn (they/them), Garrett (they/them), and Forrest (he/him). We're a nerdy bunch, we play D&D and pinball a lot. We have a D&D game on Tuesdays and we try to regularly have game nights (which you'll be welcome to join)
We all share the spaces outside of our bedroom, the living room is a chill space and the basement is the game room.
We are looking for someone with no pets (caged pets may be okay, ask us about it) to join our home, most ideally at the beginning of June or soon after.
