Tranquil Artsy Mother-in-Law Unit to share

Hi I’m looking for a new roommate. Available April 27th. 9 month minimum stay. :) I live in Richmond Beach, two blocks from the water. There are no other roommates, and my landlord lives upstairs. We have a separate entrance. You have a sense of humor, and communication skills, are respectful, kind, and are comfortable with shared living & light household cleaning.
Share my Mother-in-law unit with me and my little dog Johnny. I live on the bottom level of the home which has lots of light and is approximately 1100 sq. ft. (3 bedrooms, one bathroom). I have one unfurnished bedroom available and a separate study/workspace in the 3rd bedroom. We share one bathroom. The bedroom is large (11' x 9’ 8”). and looks out onto my garden and fenced yard. There is a large 8-foot closet in the bedroom.

The rest of my unit is fully furnished. It has a large, covered patio with a fenced back yard.
$850 covers sewer, water, heat, & electricity. Xfinity/Wi-Fi is an additional monthly cost of $60. There is a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $250.00. Background check, credit check, and references required.

About me: I’m a single straight mature female. I work full-time and own a dog-walking pet care business. I'm energetic, positive and easy to get along with. I do watch MSNBC closely :). I occasionally take care of my customers’ dogs while they’re away. No smoking, drugs, or overnight guests. 🌞
