It's a modest house with plants and good, creative vibes, undergoing a few improvements. I work full time during the day and have a sweet little dog.
If you like to run or walk, Hamlin Park is just a few blocks away with its forested walking and running paths. It is a short drive away from Richmond Beach Saltwater Park and Lake Washington.
