Lease description
- Annual lease required.
- Landlord pays for electricity, internet, water, sewer and garbage service. Tenant is responsible for cable.
- To move in you will need first month's rent ($900), last month's rent ($900) and refundable security deposit ($250): $2,050.
- Pets: One small dog less than 20 pounds or a cat allowed. Additional $50 / month and $100 refundable security deposit. You must pick up after your pet.
- Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
