Very close to many amenities - 7 minute walk to Safeway grocery store, shops and restaurants - 10 minute walk to bus stop and public library - 20 minute walk to 185th street link light rail station Lease description - Annual lease required. - Landlord pays for electricity, internet, water, sewer and garbage service. - To move in you will need first month's rent ($800), last month's rent ($800) and refundable security deposit ($250): $2,050. - Pets: One small dog less than 20 pounds or a cat allowed. Additional $50 / month and $100 refundable security deposit. You must pick up after your pet. - Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
