1 bedroom with bathroom and parking

Hi looking for someone to rent a room in my townhouse in madison valley.

Its 25 min walk to cap hill, 10 min walk to the arboretum and close to a bunch of bus stops too.

The room is largish and is situated on the ground floor of a three floor townhouse. It has a queen bed and a little desk and lots of cupboard space. The middle floor is on the bottom level and I am on the top floor. There is a separate bathroom with shower on the ground floor just for you and then another little sitting room that leads onto the patio that wouldn't be entirely yours but I dont use it much so nice for a bit of space when you wanted. The house is fully furnished and comes with a tv with netflix and such and wifi etc.

I am happy with someone on a month to month basis and just see how it goes. A tad bored from living alone during covid, so someone that is maybe looking for a friendly place and is a bit social but also likes their own space and time would be perfect. I think it would be a great option for someone that is moving to Seattle and needs a jumping off base for a few months once they get themselves settled as its fully furnished and central. As I moved here from London 18 months ago so went through that process of getting set up here. Time is flexible I think 2 weeks notice on each side is perfect.

Me about a 33 yr women that works at Microsoft, like outdoors, running, pottery, films, reading, cooking, wine etc.
