Two small bedrooms and a private bath in Kirkland!

Hello! I am in search of a roommate who is:
-female
-mid 20s to early 30s
-clean and respectful of privacy
-loves cats
-liberal
I am a 27-year-old female working as a mental health therapist. I like to keep the common areas tidy and create a healthy living environment for all! I have a cat (9 years old) who is incredibly social, affectionate, and mellow (her littler box is in my bathroom so no need to worry about the smell!) In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, reading, going to concerts, watching movies/tv, and crafting.
The apartment is located in Kirkland and is a 3bed/2bath. I occupy the master bed and bath and am looking for a roommate to occupy the other two bedrooms (one can be used as an office, home gym, craft room, etc.) and a private bathroom. The living, dining, and kitchen are partially furnished. There is a shared covered parking spot. Your monthly rent would be $1350 plus utilities.
