Hi, I’m Jinyi. I’m now living in Birdges@11’s townhouse. I’d like to sublease my room for three month, and my ideal rent after my discount is 1600/months including utilities. (Original price is 2080/month).

The room is on third floor, you will have two roommates, one is on the first floor, and another is on the third floor. The second floor is kitchen and dining room.

My room is the largest one and with a private bathroom, ideal place for summer internships or research. You can achieve any building in the UW within 25 or less minutes. More often, you only need 15 mins. Also, this house is very close to bus station and subways. Besides, you will be nearby Safeway and Trade Joe’s.
