28 YR professional looking for roommate

I am a programmer by trade and spend most of my time working or gaming. I'm quite and keep to myself most days but am social as well. I'm looking for a roommate who is similar in interest or is comfortable in this environment.

The apartment is just 1.5 blocks from Alki beach and has a peek-a-boo view from the front room and small balcony. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so you have to be okay with stairs. It's small, but comfortable at 950 Sf. and the bedroom is 140 sf so not too small. The room comes with a bathroom, but it isn't connected. It's just about 6 ft from your bedroom door though so not far.

The apartment is clean with all new appliances. Water is included plus your own parking space, which is pretty important on the beach as they are hard to find in the summer. Electric would be shared 50/50. We can discuss internet.

The complex does allow pets but I am allergic to cats. I would be open to the right dog. There is a deposit. I would need to get the details from the landlord if your interested.
