The house is 2300 square feet custom built on a quiet street. It has an open concept, great room with kitchen off the room, opens to a 1000 square foot deck. It has a 3 car garage with space of another car. Upstairs there is a loft that opens to the living room downstairs, one more bedroom, utility room and bonus room used initially for an office now more a hobby or recreation room
There is one bedroom off the living room and bathroom downstairs.
I have one renter; downstairs bedroom is available.
