Roommate wanted-Furnished

Room features a main room with walk-in closet, an attached room that could be used for office space, a private jack and jill bathroom, a greenhouse room, private kitchen, and living room space with a balcony. Huge backyard.

Will be sharing backyard, laundry room (downstairs), and entryway.

Dogs are welcomed. $100 pet deposit, vaccines up to date, registered, and trained.

Utilities are separate.
Wifi is covered.

$1000 deposit divided into monthly payments that'll be added to rent. $25 per person for application/background check.

1 month worth of pay stubs, 3 references (two must be previous landlords).

I keep to myself so you'll probably only see me when I come or go.
