Room for Rent in Nice quiet house

I am 36 and I have a 6yr old daughter that stays with me every other week, and is very well behaved. My partner will occasionally stay the night once or twice a month. I also stay with her up in Seattle on most weekends, and some weekdays during the weeks without my daughter, so the house is mostly quiet. I'm looking for a mature, responsible, respectful roommate that keeps things clean, is friendly, fun and employed. Background check is required.
Decent sized room with a bathroom just outside the door, that is only shared with my daughter every other week. The room has furniture, but that can either stay or be removed, your choice. Rent is $800 with a $500 deposit (both due at move-in, with the deposit refundable upon moving out). All utilities and internet are included. More pictures upon request.
