Roommate wanted near American Lake Park

One bedroom for rent in townhouse near American Lake Park, looking for an open minded night owl who loves cats.
One extra animal is welcome with a pet deposit and approval from landlord, must be friendly with cats.
This is a and SW friendly household. I like to keep the place as clean and tidy as possible.
It's a lovely neighborhood, right next to a bus stop and corner store. There's also a restaurant across the street and a pub a 2 minute walk.
I'd like to have a roommate by the end of this month or the beginning of next if possible.
