Room and Private Bath! Shared everything else!

A little bit about myself —
I’m a server working about 4 days a week. I often hangout with my friends don’t usually bring the party home, occasionally I’ll have a friend over but I really just keep to myself. I’m incredibly laid back and usually have the place picked up. I don’t mind dishes for a couple days because I often do the same, as long as you pick up after yourself! I do have a kitty and her name is Juno.

My current roommate is moving out by the end of October, so she’ll be taking her furniture with her. Therefore there won’t be much of anything in the living room so if you have a couch you really don’t want to get rid of, etc, I’m open to it!

There is a concrete back patio with a fenced in yard and a garage!
