Furnished room

Furnished room available next to Kandle Park. No alcohol or drugs (I've been sober for many years) Must be clean respectful and responsible and like animals I get bossed around by a couple cats and a small dog. All utilities included along with YouTube TV and multiple other streaming apps. I also provide coffee, TP, toothpaste and laundry soap. There's a TV hanging on the wall that's included (picture posted doesn't include huge TV) I'll also change the bedding and curtains to a turquoise color.
