Maxed out collector with 2 furnished rooms

Room number 1: luxury suite. This room is on the main floor, 150 sq. ft with hardwood floors and a closet, dresser, and desk cleared for your use. There is a full kitchen around the corner with all new appliances. There is a den off of the formal living room with a big screen TV, s big comfy couch, and all the apps for your enjoyment. Utilities are all included. There is a practically attached full bath and a half bath just up the stairs available for your use. There is a fully fenced yard and a dog door, if your dog will dominate my dog it will work out! There is a hot tub is a private area with a cover over it so you can enjoy it in all weather. Also, disclaimer that I have 2 cats, in not allowing them in these rooms to keep them as clean as possible.
The second room: this room has a full sized bed in it that once belonged to Betty Davis, thus its name, the Beddy Davis suite. It has an antique dresser empty for your use as well as 2 large antique Japanese trunks for your use. They're pretty cool, they're lined with old Japanese newspaper with all different kinds of drawers and latches. It is a peaceful gem amidst chaos, alas, Tacoma will get a little crazy sometimes but it's a safe street with neighbors who watch out for each other.
