Large Room in Tacoma

I’m looking to fill my spot in the house that I’m currently rent a room from. Move in will be available starting July 1st.

The house is located in Tacoma off of 176th and Canyon. It is a large, 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house shared with 3 other roommates. The room available is the second largest in the house after the master. Rent is $900/month, this includes rent and utilities which is split evenly amongst everyone.

Details:
* Full access to kitchen, garage, laundry room, living room and yard
* Smoking friendly (outside or in garage)
* All housemates are required to be on the lease
* Pets: We have room for one more pet on our lease. We currently have a dog (German Shepard) and cat in the house.

If you’re looking for a place that is drama free and laid back then this is the place for you. My room mates are 3 hardworking, chill guys in their late 20’s. We all get along really well and often end up playing Uno or Mario Party together. We all share the responsibilities of keeping the house clean and maintained.
