Room for rent on Spanaway Lake

Available immediately. We are in search of a roommate! We are located in a beautiful gated community on Spanaway Lake. It’s a fully furnished bedroom, in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, tri level condo. Semi private bathroom. No couples. Responsible, and dependable. No pets. Lake front access is 100 yards from our front door. We are asking for 895 a month for rent. This includes utilities as well. About me and my partner, I am 40, he is 30. I also have a 2 year old daughter, full time and my 11 yr old, every couple weekends and long periods during the summer. We both work a ton and full time.
