Need New Roommate by 4/1/2024!

I'm a 33-year-old woman looking for a roommate to share my apt! I will have a room available in a 2 br 1 ba apartment on April 1st. The rent is $750. I pay utilities including internet. There is street parking available right outside the building. There is laundry on the first floor and a courtyard at the back of the building. It is located in the Stadium District. I would prefer one female roommate in their 20s-30s, so no kids please, and there are no pets allowed in the building. Pictures are of the room that will be available. It's not furnished.
A little about me! I am a billing specialist working from home for a kidney dialysis company. I love good conversation but generally, keep to myself when I'm home. I’m pretty easygoing but need a roommate who is responsible and respectful. I cook a lot but keep the kitchen clean and don't mind if you cook a lot as well.
