Private Room & Bathroom

I've lived in the apartment for 2 years. My roommate is moving out of state. The complex is nice, I feel safe here. You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom. We have vaulted ceilings and a balcony. New appliances in the kitchen. Parking is rarely an issue in the complex - even if it's busy you can always find a spot in the lot. I have a cat, she does not get along with other animals so I cannot have a roommate with a pet. I am cleanly and have a bohemian style with plants. I have some furniture in the living/dining room, such as a couch and dining table/chairs.
