What's up everyone...I have a bedroom for rent. This room is unfurnished, and will be available on 1 February 2023. I am a real estate professional, and am in and out of the house frequently. I do plan on getting a puppy soon, so you would need to be comfortable with dogs, but I am not looking to add any other pets to the household. I also have 1 other roommate, but you would have your own room and a shared bathroom with only 1 other person. Also, I am gay so I like to get that out of the way upfront so as to avoid any uncomfortable situations. If this is an issue for you, this is not the right home.
