I'm a 38 yr old male. Other roommate is early 30s woman.

Room Available almost immediately. You'll just need to pay prorated rent so I can refund leaving roommate if you move in before Feb 1st

Lease runs through mid July. Unsure if it will be continued beyond July, consider this a short term lease.

- Access to kitchen, space will be given.

- Parking first come first serve, but you can pay $35/month for a reserved spot (factored into the high end price)

- Laundry in unit

- Shared bathroom with me, a male.

- 2 x loveable pitbulls roam the living when I'm home most of the time.

- 2 x cats live here too but they stay in the main bedroom 99% of the time.

- Happy to share streaming services in the living room.

- 3rd floor, pretty private.

- Cleanliness level is medium

- Neither person here drinks. Nor do we party.
