Need a new roommate to replace an old one

The house is a good size, each person will get their own living space as well as their own room. The rooms are small but it is balanced by the space elsewhere. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill and it's in a very nice neighborhood. The freeway is only about a mile away and UW Bothell IA just past it. The landlord is very nice and helps fix any minor issues with the house in a reasonable time. Me and my roommate that is staying pretty much keep to ourselves besides chatting here and there but space is always respected. We try to always discuss things calmly even when it's a big issue, no reason to fight.
