Use of hot tub in back yard.
* Included with the TV is free Internet, plus free use of my streaming services (Neflix, Amazon Prime, and others).
Room available end of Sept (but flexible). Please be mature, clean, respectful and financially responsible. A sense of humor would be nice! Regular rent $1,150 mo. , with deposit plus shared utilities. A six month or one yr. lease requested. Share utilities
