You’d be responsible for your half of monthly electric (low in Summer). I'd be open to a month to month lease or something longer if it's a good fit. The female living there works full time, Mon-Fri and is in her mid 30's. There are no pets (yours negotiable), the home is fully furnished (can remove if you have your own things), on the top floor with a balcony. Carpets have just been cleaned and cover the bedrooms and living room. The dishwasher and oven are less than a year old, plenty of easy parking close to unit.
